Duplicate names on your list are a waste of printing, postage and money. CBS's state of the art merge/purge software can find duplicates in one file or in multiple files.

All you have to do is tell us how you want your list deduped - based on individual name, address, household or any other customized criteria. And when we find the duplicates, we will process them according to your instructions - deleting them, selecting them or copying them to another file.
